Laboratorio Capri ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via UPS and DHL (Rest of the World) express courier services. All goods shipped by Laboratorio Capri are carefully packaged. The seller will include an invoice in the package specifying detailed prices and discounts applied, including those for seasonal sales.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders correctly completed and paid for will be processed within 7 working days, except for artisanal items. In the case of handmade products, lead times are specified under each individual item. All shipments depart from Capri (Italy), only on working days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Laboratorio Capri offers its customers a fully trackable shipping service provided by UPS and DHL. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the goods have been dispatched, containing a tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment at any time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments may be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): Applies to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). In these countries, VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): Applies to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.
SHIPPING TO ISLANDS
Shipments to islands will be handled via ground service to ensure a subsidized rate while maintaining fast delivery (4-5 working days).
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary based on the destination:

ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within two working days from shipment.

EU COUNTRIES (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment.

NON-EU EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days from shipment.

REST OF THE WORLD: Delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days from shipment via Express Service.

ISLANDS: Delivery is expected within 3-4 working days via postal service.
During the winter season, shipments may experience delays due to adverse sea and weather conditions. Laboratorio Capri is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Upon delivery, the Customer is responsible for carefully inspecting the package before signing for receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer may sign with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL or UPS office and to Laboratorio Capri by emailing our customer service.
If the Customer refuses delivery, any shipping costs incurred for the return of the package to Laboratorio Capri will be deducted from the Customer's refund. Should a customer refuse a Cash on Delivery (COD) package, Laboratorio Capri reserves the right to take legal action.
If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided during registration, the package will be returned to Laboratorio Capri at the Customer’s expense. Laboratorio Capri will deduct this cost from any refund due. Any storage fees or re-delivery attempt costs will be charged to the Customer if no extra instructions were provided to our customer service at the time of the order.
FRAGILE GOODS
For packages containing fragile items (ceramics, perfumes, jewelry), we strongly advise customers to always "accept with reservation." This protects the Customer and facilitates a refund from the courier should any items be found damaged inside. Laboratorio Capri assumes no responsibility for damage occurring during transit.
