GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Terms and Conditions of Sale Products purchased on Laboratorio Capri are sold directly and shipped by: Laboratorio Capri Srl, VAT ID: 07850311213, with registered office at Via Ignazio Cerio 6, 80073 Capri (NA), Italy. The offer and sale of products on the website www.laboratoriocapri.it are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The General Terms and Conditions published on laboratoriocapri.it and accepted at the time of check-out are considered effective and binding. Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

Purchasing Procedures

For each selected product, a description sheet is displayed, showing the image and essential characteristics, such as: color, size, and unit price. Images and colors of products offered for sale on Laboratorio Capri may not exactly correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Laboratorio Capri is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a specific computer configuration or malfunction.

Product Availability

The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on www.laboratoriocapri.it. If a product is unavailable at the time of ordering, the corresponding size will not be displayed. If, due to simultaneous purchases by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent. Laboratorio Capri may change the products offered for sale on the website and their prices at any time and without notice.

Product Price

The price of each item is indicated in Euros (€). Shipping costs are indicated before final payment.


ORDERS

Placing an Order

Placing a purchase order (both online and by telephone) implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Orders can be placed after registration and/or the creation of a personal Customer account ("Register for free"). Please read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. Orders are completed following the steps and instructions specified on the site. The purchase of products on laboratoriocapri.it is restricted to consumers/customers of legal age acting exclusively on their own behalf. The resale and/or distribution of products purchased on manecapri.com is prohibited.

Laboratorio Capri reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders and will notify the customer via email if it is impossible to accept a received order.

Order Confirmation

Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, including product price details and shipping costs. Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase by emailing shop@laboratoriocapri.it. Cancellations requested via chat will not be considered valid.


PAYMENT METHODS

Laboratorio Capri accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit Cards (including prepaid cards and Postepay)

  • PayPal

We accept payments via: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Maestro, and American Express.

Bank Transfer Details: The receipt of the transfer must be sent to shop@laboratoriocapri.it via email within 3 working days from the date of order acceptance. Items will be shipped upon receipt of the funds, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of order acceptance. Exact bank details will be provided via email upon completion of the online order. Please specify "Bank Transfer Receipt - Order [Number]" in the subject line. Ordered products remain the property of Laboratorio Capri until full payment is received.


SHIPPING

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping information is provided at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. All purchases are delivered via UPS or DHL. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Costs vary depending on the destination area, unless specific "Free Shipping" promotions are active on the site.

Delivery Times

Delivery generally takes 2-4 working days from receipt of the order (except for artisanal/custom-made products created specifically for the customer, which require the waiting times indicated on the website). Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A signature is required upon delivery. It is not possible to change the destination address once the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping Status

Laboratorio Capri will provide a tracking number via email once the order has shipped. Customers can track their package directly on the courier's website.

Receiving the Goods

Upon delivery, if the package appears damaged, the Customer must open it in the presence of the carrier. We recommend checking that the quantity and integrity of the products match the order. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier’s delivery slip ("Acceptance with reservation"). Any delivery problems must be reported to our Customer Service within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Procedure

Purchased goods can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Handmade and artisanal items created upon order are subject to the specific conditions listed in the "Returns and Exchanges" section. To initiate a return, email [INSERT EMAIL] to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  • Returns must be authorized by Laboratorio Capri.

  • The authorization email must be included inside the package.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Use the pre-filled DHL or UPS label provided in the package for the return.

Return Conditions

Products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

  • Shoes: Must be tried on a carpeted surface and returned in their original box (which is part of the product).

  • Swimwear/Underwear: Must be tried on over personal underwear without removing the protective hygiene strip. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to the Customer.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for a different size within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. The return of the original product for an exchange involves shipping costs. The replacement item will be sent to the Customer at no additional shipping cost.

Defective Goods

If a product is received damaged or shows conformity defects, you may request a replacement or repair within 15 days of delivery. If replacement is not possible, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date the return is received and verified. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Customs Duties

For all orders from non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If a customer refuses to pay these duties and the package is returned to our warehouse, we reserve the right to refund the items while deducting all shipping, insurance, and customs costs incurred.

This site is managed by Laboratorio Capri SRL. Access and use of the site imply acceptance of these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Laboratorio Capri may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available for consultation on the website.
