Every creation of ours is a sartorial work of art made exclusively to order. For this reason, the placement of the print varies beautifully according to the fabric cut, making each garment a unique and unrepeatable piece. Any slight variations from the image attest to its authentic artisanal craftsmanship.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To return one or more items to Laboratorio Capri, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:
A) All items are delivered with an authenticity tag secured by a disposable security seal with the Laboratorio Capri logo. Items must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the seal. Returns will only be accepted if the security seal (plastic seal with thread or, for some footwear, label on the sole) is perfectly intact. Returns with a cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered seal will not be accepted.
B) Items must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) Items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were shipped and adequately packed and packaged.
D) All other labels (fabric or hanging) must remain intact and must never be removed.
E) Returned merchandise must be physically delivered to the Express Courier no later than 15 days from the delivery date.
F) Customers who wish to change size, color, or item must follow the return procedure and place a new order on the website.
G) Returns are not accepted for underwear, works of art, or items custom-made or personalized at the customer's request.
H) Handmade Footwear: As these products are entirely handmade and made to order, a size exchange is possible, but a refund cannot be requested. The right of withdrawal for these items applies exclusively in case of a defective product. However, minor micro-defects are considered normal characteristics of a handmade product and will not be accepted as a reason for return. For footwear orders not available in the online catalog but made upon special request (customized color, size, or model), the store reserves the right to refuse the exchange. For color change requests, a variable cost will be applied based on the model.
I) Made-to-Order Garments and Accessories (Including Bags): If a garment or accessory — including bags — is not immediately available in the boutique and must be specially ordered or custom-made by our master artisans, we will promptly inform the customer via email. Should the customer expressly accept the necessary waiting times for the manufacture and personalized creation of the item, the right of return cannot be accepted, as it is an item made exclusively to order for the customer.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions gives Laboratorio Capri the right to refuse the return and reship the items to the Customer at their expense.
RETURN PROCEDURE
A) To request return authorization, the Customer must send an email to shop@laboratoriocapri.it within 15 days of receiving the merchandise, specifying the codes of the items to be returned. Our Customer Service will then send a written confirmation with specific instructions.
B) Ship the package to:

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Laboratorio Capri is not responsible for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delivery delays. Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent packaging. Inside the package, the Customer will find a security label to be affixed to the outside of the packaging to protect both the Customer and Laboratorio Capri from any tampering.
All returned items will be inspected by our staff. Laboratorio Capri reserves the right to assess any additional costs necessary to restore items for resale. Such amounts will be communicated to the Customer after evaluation.
REFUNDS
If the return procedure has been correctly executed and all conditions have been met, the Customer will receive an acceptance email. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
STORE CREDIT
As an alternative to a refund, the Customer may request a Store Credit: a voucher valid for 6 months for an amount equal to or greater than the value of the replaced item. The Store Credit will be activated by our Customer Care once the item has been received and its integrity verified.
RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES
For all returns from non-EU countries, the Customer is responsible for all import customs duties. These costs vary by country (generally between 50% and 60% of the declared value on the invoice) and will be deducted from the refund for the returned item.
